📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct consultations with parents to understand their children's needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations for sports and learning programs based on the parents' requirements.
• Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both parents and students.
• Collaborate with teachers and coaches to gather information about our programs and their benefits.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education and sports industries.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and enrollments using our in-house CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
• Promote our programs through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education consulting or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and our in-house CRM system.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian education system and sports programs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and sports, and a commitment to nurturing young talents.
