📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with room service, including setting up and clearing tables, and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain a well-organized and efficient cleaning schedule.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on resort policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork among staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of luggage and other items.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
