📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and analysis to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and improve internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
