📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals aligned with the company's objectives.,Supervising and monitoring the work of team members to ensure quality and efficiency.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Managing the department's budget and resources to ensure optimal utilization.,Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the department in meetings and discussions with senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance improvement.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
