📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with pilgrims to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their Hajj experience.
• Assist pilgrims with visa and travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and transportation.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure all pilgrim requests are met efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on Hajj procedures, regulations, and best practices to offer accurate and helpful advice.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for pilgrims.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and improve your skills.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local customs and cultural norms.
• Knowledge of Hajj procedures, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for travel to pilgrim locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
