Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Represent the company at industry events and conferences,Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
