📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations to achieve company goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and supervise operational staff.,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits.,Support the development of operational strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
