ORACLE Sentosa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in supply chain to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Process and manage purchase orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Support the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to supply chain performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or individual with limited experience in supply chain or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and principles.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
