📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.,Train and develop F&B staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Monitor and report on service performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Experience in training and developing F&B staff.
