Leaf Village Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Lead QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence. You will work closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues, and you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior QC inspectors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conducting regular inspections of products to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior QC inspectors.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
