📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize our company's tax liability.
  • Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present tax reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Certification in tax software or relevant tax tools is a plus.
