🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
