📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Oversee the production line to maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement plans.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
