📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region for recruitment purposes.
