In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or related HR roles,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
