📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
