As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, food preparation, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our menu, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have enough supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Work with the kitchen and service staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the restaurant owner to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culture is a plus.
