📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high-quality food and service by supervising kitchen staff and servers.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions.,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.,Oversee the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure excellent service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
