📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels.,Monitoring sales targets and providing regular reports to management.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
