📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing efforts.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or maritime industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
