📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage Agile projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.,Apply SAFe principles to scale Agile practices across multiple teams and projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project challenges.,Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their Agile skills and practices.,Continuously improve Agile processes and methodologies to drive project success.,Report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum and SAFe methodologies.,Certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar Agile certifications are a plus.,Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
