📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.,Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models, flowcharts, and documentation to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.,Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, and propose and implement process optimization solutions.,Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather user feedback and ensure that business solutions meet user needs and expectations.,Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Mentor and coach junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role in a digital transformation or operational excellence context.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and business process modeling notation (BPMN).,Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus.
