📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas of risk and improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with department heads and staff to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit procedures and best practices.,Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
