📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions at the counter with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Process customer payments and handle cash transactions.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
