📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Managing cash and inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking and cleaning.

Following company policies and procedures, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Assisting in any other tasks as required by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.

Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reliable, friendly, and hardworking attitude.
