In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and support to various departments, helping to drive informed decision-making.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and support to various departments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Certification in tax preparation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
