📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the villa, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for villa supplies and amenities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events or activities for guests.
• Support the Villa Manager in training and developing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and operational data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Experience with property management software such as Guestline or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
