🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Jakarta.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
