As a Commissioning Engineer & Administration, you will be responsible for the smooth commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and HVACSIM, to design and implement solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. With your strong administrative skills, you will also manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee the commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
• Support test and balancing procedures, using tools such as manometers, flow meters, and thermometers.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, working closely with installation teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that project schedules and budgets are met.
• Work with a variety of software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and HVACSIM, to design and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring that their HVAC systems are functioning optimally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC commissioning and administration.
• Proven experience with HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including ASHRAE and ISO.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and HVACSIM.
• Strong administrative skills, with experience in project management and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
