You will manage a team of 10-15 employees, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and specialized hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
