📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and pre-fabrication of steel structures for the biodiesel plant project.
• Inspect materials and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices and safety procedures.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical and operational matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on steel construction and pre-fabrication.
• Certification in steel construction and pre-fabrication (e.g., SSPC, AISC, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
