📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
