In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various buildings and malls across Bekasi. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings and malls.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Work with engineers and contractors to ensure that all systems meet industry standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Valid certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCII, NCARB, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
