🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC operations and management.
• Certifications in HVAC systems, such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence), or equivalent.
• Proficient in using HVAC software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
